    Shipping policy

    1. Delivery and Handling

    We process your order within 1–5 business days of payment being received and confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, it is normally delivered within 5–14 business days and you will receive tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

    Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons, customs handling or other unforeseen events beyond our control.


    1. Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has left our warehouse, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. With this number you can follow your delivery via the carrier's website or through our order tracking feature.

    In some cases you may also receive SMS notifications to the phone number provided at the time of purchase, with updates on your delivery status.


    1. Delivery Address and Contact Details

    It is important that you carefully check that your delivery address and contact details are correct and complete before finalising your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or failed delivery.

    You are responsible for providing the correct address and a valid phone number. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising as a result of incorrect information.


    1. Damaged Shipments

    We are responsible for goods that are damaged during transit up until they have been delivered to you. If you discover that your shipment is damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible.

    To help us handle the matter efficiently, we ask that you attach photos of both the product and the outer packaging and include your order number. This helps us quickly investigate the matter and take appropriate action.


    1. Uncollected Parcels

    It is the customer's responsibility to collect their parcel within the time frame specified by the carrier. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, an administrative fee may be charged.

    The fee may amount to:

    • For order values up to 100 GBP: a fixed fee of 20 GBP
    • For order values above 100 GBP SEK: 25% of the total order value

    If you would like the parcel to be resent, you must contact us within 7 days of the parcel being returned. Redelivery may incur additional shipping costs and handling time.
